Who we are

Brandspire Growth operates this website at https://brandspiregrowth.com and provides the digital marketing services described on it. We decide how and why the personal information described in this policy is handled, which makes us the data controller for it.

You can reach us about anything in this policy through the contact form on this website.

What we collect

There is only one place on this website where you give us personal information: the enquiry and consultation forms. When you submit one, we receive the details you chose to enter.

  • Your name and email address, which are required so we can reply to you.
  • Your company name and website address, if you choose to give them.
  • The service you are interested in, your main goal, and your timeline.
  • Anything you write in the message or project details field.

What we do not collect

This website has no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no behavioural tracking of any kind. It does not build a profile of you, and it does not follow you to other websites.

It sets one cookie, bsg_session, which holds a random identifier so that our enquiry form can tell a real browser session from an automated one. It contains nothing about you, it is never shared, and it expires after 24 hours. Because it is needed for the form to work safely, it requires no consent and there is no banner to accept or reject. Our Cookie Policy sets out exactly what it holds.

Like any web server, our hosting provider processes technical request data such as IP addresses in order to serve pages and protect against abuse. We do not use that data to identify you or to analyse your behaviour.

How we use it

We use what you send us for a short list of things and nothing else:

  • Replying to your enquiry and discussing the work you asked about.
  • Preparing a proposal, quote, or recommended next step.
  • Keeping a record of our correspondence while we are working together.
  • Meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations where they apply.

What we never do with it

We do not sell your personal information, we do not rent or trade it, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry — if you want our newsletter, you have to subscribe to it separately.

Why we are allowed to process it

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent — you chose to fill in the form and send it — and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our own services. Where we have signed an agreement with you, we also rely on performing that contract. Where the law requires us to keep records, we rely on that legal obligation.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is handled by the people at our company who need to read it in order to reply. Beyond that, it is processed by the providers that run our website hosting and our email. Those providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We will disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. We will tell you if that happens unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for 24 months after our last contact with you, so that we have context if you come back to us. After that they are deleted.

Records connected to work we actually carried out are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over your personal information. You do not have to pay to use them, and we will respond within one month.

  • Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Ask us to stop or limit how we use it.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, which stops future use but does not undo what was already done.
  • Complain to your local data protection authority if you think we have handled it badly.

Keeping it secure

This website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong, but we will tell you and the relevant authority if a breach affects your information and the law requires notification.

Where your information is handled

We operate from, and serve clients in, United States. Our hosting and email providers may process data in other countries. Where information leaves your country, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place for international transfers.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses, not at children. It is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

If we change what this website does — for example by adding analytics or connecting the enquiry form to a customer relationship system — we will update this policy before or at the same time as that change, and the date at the top of the page will tell you when it last changed.

Questions about your information?

Get in touch through the contact form on this website. If you want a copy of your data, or want it deleted, say so and we will confirm within one month.
